Q: Why the plate cliche is hard to clean after UV exposing ?

A: There are two methods to solve the problem:

1. Try to reduce the first UV exposing time, like to 10 minutes.

2. Try to wash the plate cliche by warm water with softbrush.

Hello,

 

I have some question about the CT-65:
Where can we order more supplies, the Latex glue, the stamping plates, etc…
What would the shipping cost be to 91344?
Do you have the 110v machines in stock?
Can I use aluminum plates with the machine instead of the plates you can make with the stamping cliche plates?
Will the machine get hot enough to emboss without the foil?
I am interested in ordering right away, so please get back to me as soon as possible.

Where can we order more supplies, the Latex glue, the stamping plates, etc…  A: you can buy from us
 
 
Do you have the 110v machines in stock? A: Yes, the 110v machines in stock.
 
Can I use aluminum plates with the machine instead of the plates you can make with the stamping cliche plates? A:YES.
 
Will the machine get hot enough to emboss without the foil? Yes, the temperature can be adjusted.

A: 1-2 minute around.

How many degree celcius needed for the mineral water bottle cap?

Q: if I want to hot stamp something like mineral water bottle cap, how many degree celcius needed? and how many second I need to press the plate?

A:For the temperature, try 75-80 degree celcius.  Press it 3-5 second. Sometimes it needs practical experiments. Please try to see which result is better.

 

What brush should I use when clean the plate ?

Q: Do I need to use soft brush like for the wall paint brush or I can use like toothbrush to clean the plate after exposure? 

A: Please use the soft brush. Yes, you can use soft toothbrush.
